Qualified, Experienced Nurses
Our registered nurses (RN/LPN) will review your existing treatment plan and develop a care plan to help you manage your illness and alleviate your pain and suffering.
Nursing Care
- Assessment and care planning
- Medication administration
- Intravenous (IV) therapy
- Post-surgical care

- Health procedures (e.g. tracheostomy care, catheter insertion)

Registered Nurse (RN)
- A Registered Nurse (RN) completes a four-year bachelor of nursing degree
- Has in-depth, broad knowledge in clinical practice and health research
- May specialize in patient care, working in a hospital, or community clinic
- Provides care for any type of patient, including complex or unstable conditions
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) completes a two-year nursing degree
- Has specialized knowledge in patient care to maintain and restore health
- Can work in short-term care, long-term care, or a community clinic
- Provides care for patients with stable or predictable states of health

Our Process to Care for You
- Our Care Designer will complete a free, comprehensive assessment of your health needs and review your treatment plan to provide the best quality of care.
- You can review our Client Services Agreement with your family and loved ones before you’re ready to receive services. We can also speak to your physician, if needed.
- Once you’re ready to get started, our nurses will provide your selected services. We can begin within 24 hours, whenever you need.
- After every visit, we’ll pro-actively ask for your feedback and address any concerns immediately to keep you happy at home.
- Your dedicated Care Designer will remain as your primary point of contact to check in with you and your family to ensure your complete 100% satisfaction.
