Our Process to Care for You
- Our Care Designer will complete a free, comprehensive assessment of your health needs to determine your wishes and treatment plan.
- You can review our Client Services Agreement with your family and loved ones before you’re ready to receive services. We can also speak to your physician, if needed.
- Once you’re ready to get started, our caregivers will provide your selected services. We can begin within 24 hours, whenever you need.
- After every visit, we’ll pro-actively ask for your feedback and address any concerns immediately to maintain your dignity, respect and comfort.
- Your dedicated Care Designer will remain as your primary point of contact to check in with you and your family to ensure your complete 100% satisfaction.

Avoid long hospital waiting times and the added health risks and get medical care in the comfort of your own home. Our General Physicians and Family Medicine Doctors are fully licensed and covered with Alberta Health.
