Mental Wellness

We provide mental wellness activities, mindfulness training, as well as brain and memory games to help you improve your mental health. We also offer companionship services to alleviate loneliness.

Can't leave the house, but still need medical care?

Avoid long hospital waiting times and the added health risks and get medical care in the comfort of your own home. Our General Physicians and Family Medicine doctors are fully licensed and covered with Alberta Health.
